What is Plymouth City Council?
Plymouth City Council is one of Delt’s founding partners and shareholder. Plymouth City Council serves the local community, championing the city and giving the people a voice. The local authority follows a Cabinet and Leader model so that the Council has both councillors and council officers.
My role with Plymouth City Council
My role within Plymouth City Council had the main duties to ensure their Laptop or Desktop PC was functioning correctly and to solve any issues they may have had on the call.
This could involve anything from their Active Directory user account, their VPN, Microsoft 365 applications or generic application or fault with their device and guiding them through requests if neccessary.
